Brief Description:  Tank - 3rd bay fuel return tube.

Here is the 3rd bay from the in board end showing the fuel return tube end. I flaried the end just a bit to expand the inside diameter but not the outside diameter. Looked good. Tube with capacitance wire is the vent line tube. It runs full length of the tank.
Oh, just before I installed the baffle I bent the return fuel tube up near the top of the tank. Not pictured here.

I read that running the return fuel to the third bay is a good idea for 2 reasons.
1.) frothed up hot fuel stays away from the fuel pickup. It could suck up hot frothed up fuel. I quess that could be bad.
2.) keeps hot frothed up fuel away from the capacitance sender plates that may affect the capacitance of the two plates.
