Brief Description: Mock up tank end ribs. Bend/flair tubing.
With all the fuel tank interior ribs in place it's time to do the end ribs. So I mocked them up by putting them together. It's also time for fuel senders, vent and return fuel lines.
Fabricated the longer vent 1/4 tube and shorter fuel return lines. Used the flair tool to flair the ends.
I straightened the vent and return line by hand. I then put a 2" offset in the vent tube, also by hand.
