Next it's time to counter sing the nut plate attach holes. It's easy to do the holes interior to the ends of the brackets. But you have to be carfull with holes at the ends. Use another bracket next to the bracket you are dilling to keep the counter sink from tilting.
Ready to rivet on the nut plates but before I did I did another quick pass with the Scotch Bright pad. It just cleans it all up from all the scuff marks of bolting and drilling.
