Raw brackets need to be edge curved, drilled and nut plates riveted on. So far all I've done is smooth the edges with the Scotch Bright wheel and then used a Scotch Bright pad on the rest of the brackets.
36 nut plates will need to be attached to these with machine counter sunk rivets. This sounds like a job.
