Brief Description:  Cleco ribs in gas tank skins. Part 2.

The biggest problem clecoing the ribs into the leading edge skins is getting the holes aligned. The holes do align but how do you get them aligned. The answer my friend is in the use of a pointed tool to push through the holes. Picture one shows this tool. If the two holes, one in the rib and the other in the skin, lign up just a bit, then this tool can be pushed to push through the holes and they lign up perfect, ready for a cleco.

Picture two shows the use of the tool. You must start at the leading edge and work towards the trailing edge, alternating top and bottom.

Using these ideas from these last two entries made an easy job getting the ribs clecoed in. It did how ever take forever. At least it wasn't fustrating like I've read from other logs.
