Wing jigs are level and wings are level with no twist. Well, not really. The left wing has no measurable amount of twist. The right wing how ever has about 0.04" of twist. I've read that under 0.1" of twist is OK. It's very difficult to twist the wing straight after the ribs are riveted to both the main spar and the rear spar. It almost seems that it will take on the amount of twist it wants to when you rivet the ribs to the spares. After that, you are stuck with what ever twist you have. So, I clamped the wings down, clecoed on both the top and bottom skins and then final drilled each hole. I hurt my right rist using the cleco pliers to much.
