Brief Description:  Drilled holes in wing ribs for wires.

The main wing ribs need holes for wire's. Lookinh ahead I think I'll have
1. Duck Works Leading edge taxi light onthe left.
2. Duck Works Leading edge landing link on the right.
3. Wing tip position lights.
4. Wing tip stobe lights.
5. Wing tip antenna.
6. TruTrak auto pilot wires to wing servo's.

I have heard that the antenna wires need/should be isolated from the other wires. So, I'll need 2 holes. Vans web site has a FAQ that shows what you can do for hole location and size. I enlarged the tooling hole to 5/8" using the unibit. I bought bushings from Vans to snap into these holes. I'll use this smaller hole for the antenna wires. I then drilled a new 0.75" new hole where Vans recommends. I bought tubing from Vans that will run through these holes. The FAQ specifies what to buy.

The unibit will chatter a bunch so clamp it down good. I also found it better to use the unibit in a quick motion rather going through slow.

The holes need to be debured, mostly on the exit side. I used my dremel tool with a small medium sanding disk on it. I used the sanding disk as shown in picture 2. Worked great. Use a face shield.
