The wing rear spar is what the alerons and flaps hang off of. They are as long as the main wing spar but not as stong. Thus you have to rivet a few doubler plates to this rear spar. Not all the holes are riveted. The holes here with out rivets get riveted later in conjunction with other wing parts like ribs.
They are ready to set aside. Next task is to debur and form wing ribs.
