6 floor hinges total, 3 on each side. The rivet spacing is the same for all 6 hinges, so in image 1 I drill it on the drill press using a fence. The fence gets the hole in the center. I’ve learned to push the drill bit all the way up in the chuck to expose the least amount of bit. This way there is less bit shank to bend. Works better this way.
After drilling the first on the drill press then the rest can be match drilled.
