Brief Description: Prep Baggge Area Bulkheads. Part 2.
This is the baggage area vertical bulkhead where you drill the mini flange to the main longeron. You have to careful about edge distance here with the mini flange. This one is OK but not great. The other side is really bad and I’m embarrassed to show you. If, vans can violate the edge distance on the horizontal bulkhead then I’ll violate it here on the vertical.
Hey, I again use my new technique of match drilling the hole through a scrap piece of 1/8” aluminum bar. I clamped the scrap to the longeron so that I can see the x I marked and drilled away. Works great. I’ll do this when ever I can.
