I decided to use my drill press to counter sink the brake pedals. Some of these holes are close to the edge and doing it hand runs the risk of having the counter sink cake go crooked causing a oblong deep hole. I’m glad I did this. I got nice consistent counter sinks.
All my shop heads are really nice and flush. None of them are outies or innies. Every think was squeezed. I did the angle to the pedal first followed by the cylinder attach bracket to the angle. It went very quickly. I counter sunk and riveted in one short session.
