These parts required multiple passes of trim and fit. I finally got a great fit. They fit in so tight that they will not go into place with the lower longeron in place. So, I’ll have to remember to rivet these before I rivet the lower longeron. Notice in Image 2 I fluted the flange of the 902 bulkhead where the 796 fits. I’ll have to remove those flutes. Image 3 shoes the fit before I cut the corner off the 796B.
