Brief Description:  Cleco aft bottom fuselage. Part 1.

The aft bottom fuselage is totally clecoed and ready for drilling. It's actually a lot of work getting this thing together. All J Stiffeners are in place and 706 through 712 bulkheads are in place.

The biggest problem was the aft end 711 and 712 bulkheads.

Lots of flange adjustments. You'll get some bulkhead in place and half clecoed and only then notice some flange needs to be adjusted. You remove the bulkhead, adjust the flange and re cleco. Many times you do this. You see, the flanges are not 90 degrees as all the flanges were on the wings and tail.

I did all the bulkhead flange fitting without the J Stiffeners in place. The J Stiffeners slide into place from the front end after all the bulkheads are clecoed in.

The many entries that follow are just some close ups of different bulkhead details. I wanted a record of these.
