Image 1 shows the longerons on the floor. I thought the floor was flat enough to check for bend 90 degrees from the curve bit it isn't. I used my bench top as in image 3 to check for unwanted curve.
Turns out you can use the opposite side F-721 as a curve template as is shown in image 2.
These pictures show the longerons curve complete but it took many iterations of wack, check, wack it again.
This job wasn't fun. What the heck, Isn't this suppose to be fun? Just keep in mind you'll be flying in a few years. Few years? Oh man, give me a break.
