The 705A bottom channnel get a couple of 7/8" Snap Bushings. These you have to measuer out as seen in image 1.
Again I used my 2 step, step drill method. The first step drill drills to a max of 1/2" and has small increments and is less violent to use. The second expands to the final size of 5/8"
Well dang it all, I'm pissed off. See in image 3 the left hole is 1/16" offset to the left and up. How the hell does this happen. I used the drill press and the piece was clamped solid. How could it have moved a full 1/16". This really gripes my ass. Can I swear on this log. F**Ken A any way.
I don't think having this misplaced hole will cause a big problem but I take care in achieving perfection and 1/16" offset hole sucks in a big way for me. I quit, I'll drink a beer and go to bed.
