Brief Description: F-705 BH - Trim/Drill 705B to 705A
1.) Trim the ends of the 705B AB (Aluminum Bar) to 45 3/32". 2.) Draw a center line on the 705B AB and clamp it to the 705A.
So, how do you know the 705B is positioned in the correct place. 1.) The center line on the 705B AB is centered in the holes on the 705A as shown in image 1. 2.) The edeg of the 705B AB is alaigned with the edge of the square hole on the 705A as shown in image 2. 3.) The 705B AB over hangs the 705A by 1 9/16" at each end.
Steve, my brother gave me these 2 clamps that have become my favorite clamps. They have strong grip and clamp without being in the way. You can see them in image 3. Love these guys. Anyway, match drill the 705B AB using the holes in the 705A.
I drilled all the #30 holes first. Later I'll match drill the #12 holes for the seatbelt anchors.
