Lets build the firewall. First things first, debur all the parts that make it up. The firewall is stanless steel. Very hard and sharp edges. I just used my new Harbor Fright 180grit Emery cloth. I folded strips to "Floss the teeth". Worked great.
The fire wall is made up of parts to reinforce the stainless steel firewall. We'll be using Stiffeners, Gussets, Doublers and Spacers. All are now debured on the Scotch Bright wheel. Take special note where you need to form a larger radius on some edges so that that the parts lay flat against each other.
