Brief Description: Capacitance Fuel Sender, Part 4.
Each sender plate gets 3 nut plates. The sender plates are just sitting on the rib that it will get mounted to. 2 ribs have the plates mounted inside the rib and 2 get mounted on the outside. It's laid out here just so I can keep track of it all.
2 of the plates need to have notches taken out to keep at least 3/16" distance from tank stiffeners.
To cut these notches I used a #21 drill for the corner radius and then used snips to cut out the notch. The scotch bright wheel has a perfect corner radius on it and was used to finish the notch cut out. the notches are perfect.
