Here you see the last nut plate drilled.
Next is what I think is an important step. At first you need the hole to be the same size as the bolt for goot nut plate alignmnet while drilling the nut plate attachment holes. But, after you have the nut plate attach holes drilled you should enlarge the hole. I used a #9 drill bit. If you don't enlarge it the bolt will hang up on the hole because the nut plate is not exactly centered over the nut plate. After doing this enlarging the bolt goes through the bracket and finds the nut plate with no binding at all.
