The rear spar has a doubler plate that needs a hole that matches the rear spar. I drilled 3 holes with my hole cutter and used a cut off disk in a dremel tool to form the odd shaped hole. Smoothed out with medium sand paper and fine scotch bright pad.
Clecoes and clamps hold the doubler plate on the under side.
