Brief Description: Internal Rudder Stop 4, Cut it.
Image 1, what the heck is this? Its an Internal rudder stop attach hole jig. I wanted an accurate way of drilling the 2 attach holes in the rudder stop. I used the same jig to match drill the rudder hinge. Now I can use it to match drill the rudder stop. Using this assures the rudder hing holes and rudder stop holes match exactly. Plus, if I ever want to remake the rudder stop, I can re sue it. So, I'll hang onto it for sure.
Image 2, Installed. Next is to fine tune the rudder stop surface's that contacts the rudder.
