Brief Description: Enlarge 6 holes holding on the VS to 3/16.
While drilling the lower 4 holes I was holding the tie down bracket by hand on the inside. Once all 6 holes that attach the VS rear spar are drilled to #30 (2 on the upper spar and 4 on the lower spar) , you enlarge them to 3/16 for AN3 bolts. These 2 images show precisely the location of the VS mail spar on top of the aft fuselage bulkhead. Next we’ll remove the VS, debur and rivet on the tie down bracket.
