This trim cable anchor nut plate comes like its shown in image 1. It’s a nut welded onto a small square piece of metal. It needs to be drilled and riveted on the elevator cover plate.
Here again the plans and drawings don’t call out dimensions on where to drill these 4 mounting holes. So, it must not be important. You can see in image 2 the dimensions I used to drill for the rivets. 0.18” from the edge for all holes except the holes located by the nut are moved up to 0.3”.
