Brief Description: Roll Bar - Pop rivet aft end of roll bar.
Finally decided to pop rivet the aft end of the roll bar. I bought this pneumatic/hydraulic pop rivet puller at Harbor Freight over a year ago and have never used it. Today is the day.
Image 1, I’m pointing to the air exhaust port. Air shoots out this port on release of the trigger. Problem is that the air shoots a small amount of hydraulic oil mist as well. I wrapped the base with a towel held on with rubber bans to filter out the oil. I just don’t want hydraulic oil spraying every where. Maybe in time it won’t spray oil. It could be because oil is where it should not be as a result of filling it. We’ll see.
