Brief Description: Roll Bar - Fabricate the 631E splice plate.
The 631E splice plates need 16, #30 holes. Well, you know me by now. I match drill anything I can. It just pisses me off when I drill a free hand hole in the center of cross hairs and the result is the hole wandered by half a diameter. So, image 2 shows how I match drill through a clamped piece 1/8” aluminum bar. This procedure may be over kill but it makes me happy. So, I do it.
