Brief Description:  Deblue/debur aft top skins.

Decided as usual to prep the aft top skins before final drilling. Many builders prep skins after they are mounted and final drilled. I like to prep parts first thing. I find its emotionally easier to do now while I’m anxious to cleco these parts on. Doing it later just seems to have more drudge factor. Plus it allows me to get intimate with the part before mounting it.

These are some of the last few skins and I’m still refining my edge deburring technique. What’s up with that?
1. Course vixen file to get tooling bumps.
2. 3 passes on both edges with scraping tool to knock down the sharp corners.
3. Emery cloth to even things out.
4. Pneumatic scotch bright to polish it up.

Only 1 more small skin after these. The most forward top skin. Cool.
