Back drilled the canopy cap strip, deburred and dimpled. Countersunk the upper canopy, enlarged the holes to 5/32" Cut the canopy sides and fit to the canopy skirts. Deburred, countersunk and enlarged holes to 5/32" Temporarily installed the canopy, and installed 5 screws in each side to hold everything in place. Cut the aft canopy skirts, although they seem to fit fine, I may lay up glass instead of using the aluminum sheet. I am concerned about getting a good fit on the aft skin.
