Wheeled the RV outside to soften things up a bit before drilling. My garage has central A/C so it is about 74 F pretty much all the time. Only takes 30 minutes in the Florida sun to heat things up over 100 F. Much easier to drill the plexi when it is warm. Drilled the aft canopy to the plexi, that completes all the drilling on the sliding canopy. I have to remove it one more time to debur and double check everything for riveting.
