Roll the RV out into the Florida afternoon sun... To relieve any stresses for the clamps. I rolled it back into the garage after a couple hours... Surprising how hot everything was. I could barely touch it... anyway the plexi was warm and flexible. I drilled the canopy to the center frame and rolled it back out into the sun to allow the canopy relax. Repeated the process for the front part of the frame.
