Little better picture of my bending setup. The ram has a piece of red rubber taped to it so it won't mar the work. The casters are clamped to a solid piece of steel which is then clamped to the arbor press base. I had to shift the setup in and out depending which flange I was working.
The second one went much quicker and they are mirrors of each other.
Next cut all the 455 uprights to length on the mill.
