Annealed and quenched 7" of the forward lower L-angle to soften it up to make the tight radius of the nose skin.
Drilled 3/32" Rivet holes in the angle. Used crimping pliers to get the initial arc then had to stretch the other edge to have it take the other shape back to the trimmed wingtip skin.
With a little shrinking and a little stretching the part takes shape. The hammer face is crowned,
