Made up a fixture by partially cutting through a piece of 3/4" plywood. This made a groove to locate and hole the strips so I counf use a float vixen file to dress the edge of each piece I cut with the olfa knife. Put a screw in each end to act as a stop. Just a light touch with the file and watch the surface appear on the edge. Knock the burrs off with the common methods.
Marked the center and made first the parts for the wing tip frame, then bend up all the rest as 90 degree standard L-Angles
