Brief Description: Make fixture for wing light lens
I purchased .125" acrylic yesterday from a local guy who has an oven and a CNC Router.
Image 1) Cut acrylic to over size and angled the form. Taped it in place as you see here.
Image 2) After 15 minutes with the heat gun at 1500 watts it became apparent to me that the oven is the way to go. I took the form back to where I got the plastic and am waiting for a quote for them to make one. They have an oven there and they also know what there doing.
