Brief Description: Make fixture for wing light lens
I will make a fixture and test bend a section of aluminum nose skin 400mm long to see how the radius comes out. The fixture will also serve as the drape form for the acrylic lens that covers the landing / taxi lights.
The .025 aluminum was cut 400 x 822 mm and taped then banded lightly, just hand presure, to hold the ends together.
