I got way to anal making the elevator trim tab. Spent atime drawing it up in MasterCam then developing a blank length, center of each bend, bend allowance for each bend, cutting metal, laying out bend lines, bend allowance, and radius offset for the leaf break. I finally realized it is only an air deflector not an internal part of a watch and I just bend it up. I needed to finish up the bends on the bench to keep the radius on the end. I tucked the long flange under the short flange and flattened it out to some spacers.
