Brief Description: Drill & Cleco Top Stabilizer Skin
I Started from the rear edge because I know the skin material is the right size. Just line up the edge and clamp it in place. I pilot drilled center hole then one right and one left & kept moving out one hole at a time. I used a spring clamp next to the hole I was drilling to keep the loose metal moving outboard.
Put boards in position and did ribs working from the rear forward and pushing the loose metal forward.
I used a scriber made from a small round file to reach through the hole and move the rib underneath till the line was centered in the hole, then I drilled while it was lined up.
