Brief Description: Make frame for cutting large peices
Bought 4 $1.87 2” x 4” x 7’ to make a frame to lay the ¾” MDF as a layout and cutting surface to section up the material with Skill Saw. Notched 2 x 4’s to interlock and set on the saw horses. This is how I sectioned up the MDF. I just slid the board up on to the frame work, layed out the rough cuts for the forms and cut em up using a skill saw. That made it much easier to handle the smaller pieces while making up the forms.
