Fit Aft Side Skin to Aft Deck and Emp Gap Cover Fit Empennage gap cover to side skin and mark locations for Gap Cover Screws. Fit Access covers to side skins Remove Gap Covers and rivet side skins to Aft Deck. Due to location and internal structures that was not easy. Remove Empennage Gap Covers and Access plates, debur them and refit for drilling and taping of screw holes.
