Brief Description: Remove Empanage and Debur

Remove Empanage and Debur Re attach Horizontal Stab and drill additional bolt hole in Attach Bars. Did not like having only two bolts to hold Stabilizer, Eleavtors and Rudder. Debur Vertical Stab forward spar and Attach plate. Rivet attach plate to to forward spar of Vertical Stab. Rivet rear bulkhead to rear skins
