When removing the mask from painting gray shadows along the black line, the mask pulled the underlying paint off clear to the Al skin. Skin was fully scotch-brited and cleaned with R-M 360-4 Metal Cleaner, so reason of delam in not fully understood at this point. Other areas on F-773 skin, paint adhesion appears good after tape testing. This was last area to be primed, perhaps overspray related dust wipe down was missed on this one section. Just don't know for sure. Repair plan being investigated, currently sanding back paint edges to see if secure edges can be found that will properly feather.
