After riveting and gluing the hinges on, this is the first time getting all the hinges mated and pins in place. WOW.... the hinge pins are TIGHT!! I'm hoping that engine heat from the first flight, will help relieve stresses and the pins will be easier. I'm not exactly happy with the fit in some areas against the fuselage as there are some gaps nearly 1/8" that weren't like that before the hinges were riveted in place.
