Brief Description: Canopy front fairing preparation
Removed front edge tape from last night and cleaned up edges with 80 grit sandpaper. Marked 1" up from edge of plexiglass to mark the upper edge of the fairing, the taped off with painters tape. Sanded the flox fillet from last night to smooth out rough edges and sanded metal skin also. Important for getting good mechanical grip by the epoxy.
Front fairing borders measured and taped off.
Canopy face sanded with 80 grit paper
Boundary tape placed to protect areas from dripping epoxy
