Cut out second canopy, making initial cuts all the way around using first canopy as template (cutting 1/2" larger all around). After cutting, turned out the side dimension was barely enough, only had to final trim off about 1/4" on ONE side. Cut about 1/4" more off rear once matched to roll over bar. Match drilled and completed all counter sinking. WOW.... glad to be "past" this stage.... now to get it mounted to frame and no cracks!!!
