So I drove to Van's today and picked up a replacemnt canopy.... $930 bucks!!! OUCH The plan is to use the cracked canopy as a template over the new one. I've marked 1/2" larger all around (except the front, which I know is cut at the flange edge). Then this coming weekend (It takes 4 hrs to get the garage warmed up to 80), I'll make the first cut.... again.
