Cut nylon blocks that hold the flap weldment in place. The internal diameters of the block are way to tight to permit reasonable turning forces so using a dremel sanding drum, slightly enlarged the diameters. They now fit snug, but turnable.Located center F-680 block to floor and marked holes for drilling.
