Brief Description: Final Trim Back Left Baffles; Reinf Flanges; Cap
I decided to fabricate a cap above the oil cooler cutout that will allow me to run the rubber baffle seal material straight across this section without having to make a couple of tight turns. It looks like there is a hole in the cap in the picture but this is just a reflection of the oval cutout for the spark plug harness.
I also made the reinforcement strips for the flanges of the cylinder fin wraps and drilled them in place.
The top edges of this back left corner section of baffles were then final trimmed and everything was then deburred.
