Brief Description: Fabricate and Drill Retention Clips
I'm not sure why the plan's show different methods for securing the side baffles on the right side versus the left side. On the left side (parts 3 and 4) the baffles are slotted and the tabs have to be bent or joggled to overlap each other while on the right side (parts 8 and 9) the baffles simply overlap each other and a retention clip is fabricated to reinforce the joint. I ended up fabricating retention clips for both sides and drilled them to the baffles and then deburred everything.
