Brief Description: Trim New Left Aft Baffle Parts 4 & 5
My new baffle parts from Van's arrived today, which was very fast. I didn't expect them for about a week but they arrived in just 2 days. I think I'll have everything shipped USPS priority mail rather than UPS ground or FedEx ground!
I started by trimming the top edges of both parts 4 and 5 to match the old parts. I'll make the cutout for the oil cooler later after I'm positive all of the trimming for the top cowl is complete!
Once the top edges were trimmed I had to trim and debur part 4 a bit to fit around the cylinder head cover. The new aft left corner baffles were then installed on the engine.
