Brief Description: First Iteration of Trimming Top Bulkhead Edges
Now that the new aft left corner baffles are in place I switched back to the front bulkheads. The lower cowl was installed and then the upper cowl. The front of the upper cowl stood proud about 3/8" so I removed the upper cowl and marked a 1/4" trim line around the upper edges of the front bulkheads. Then I had to remove the lower cowl, remove the two front inlet corner assemblies, trim the top edges of the bulkheads, debur, and reinstall everything to check the fit.
I was able to reach up through the inlet holes in the cowl and roll a sharpie along the bulkheads using the top cowl as a guide to mark where the bulkheads need to be trimmed for the next iteration.
First iteration - 1/4" marked all the way around top edges of front bulkheads
Front bulkheads trimmed and reinstalled
Front bulkheads marked for 2nd iteration of trimming
