Brief Description: Install Lower Cowl, Then Upper Cowl; Mark Baffles
After trimming the front/top edges of the forward side baffles I decided to install the lower and upper cowls again and begin the slow, iterative process of trimming the top edges of all the baffles. The baffles are approximately 1 to 2 inches too tall all the way around. I'll probably trim 1/4" at a time initially and reduce this to 1/8" as the top cowl gets closer to mating up with the lower cowl. Time to remove everything and make the first cuts...
Right side baffles need to be trimmed about an inch
Left side baffles need to be trimmed about 2 inches
